Did you know
that there’s a right way and wrong way to send your grad cards and
party invites?!? I’m here to help you out & give you the details on the
dates!

INVITATIONS: Graduation commencement and grad party
invitations should go out 3 weeks in advance! This gives everyone time
to clear their schedules and make plans to attend.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Now, these are A LOT less formal when it
comes to timing. Some of our clients like to send them out a few
weeks before their graduation events and we even have some clients
who send them out post-graduation as well.

THANK YOUS: If you are sending announcements or invitations,
you are bound to receive GIFTS! Woo hoo! Because of that, thank
you cards are a must have item in your grad collection. Thank yous
should be sent within one month of your celebration or from the date
you received your gift.
